4. Collection and Pick-up

Scheduled pickups will be conducted as per the agreed-upon schedule. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the recyclable materials are ready for collection at the designated time and location.

5. Charges and Payments

Recycle Right L.L.C. may charge fees for certain services. All fees will be communicated clearly to the customer before the provision of services. Payment terms and methods will also be outlined in the invoice or agreement.

8. Termination of Services

10. Unforeseen Circumstances

Recycle Right L.L.C. is not responsible for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, or natural disasters.

Recycle Right L.L.C. reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
